Addie was a scholarly and earnest man who loved life and people. He played an important and helpful role in establishment of the Federated States of Micronesia judicial system by working with Jon VanDyke in providing legal education courses to the state judiciaries there.
Our hearts go out to Jo and the rest of the Bowman family.
