I worked with Al at the US Postal Service for many years - He and/or I were project managers that were responsible for the design and construction of numerous postal facilities throughout the State of Michigan. I eventually became his Manager and knew I could always count on him as there was no one better than Al on starting up new projects. He had a calm demeanor and didn't get upset at anything, except maybe missing a golf shot. He was also our resident travel advisor for anyone making a Hawiian trip. I will miss his friendship.
