What to say about Wandy... always smiling, learning, teaching, and helping. He was a great man! I've thought about him over the years and even ran into him at Ft. Sill. I am so glad we did catch up a bit then but his loss will always hurt. He truly left an impact in many lives. Our prayers go to his family & friends.
