Barbara Thompson Obituary

BARBARA LANI THOMPSON (FAUFATA) Passed on April 17, 2024. Barbara was born in Hilo, Hawaii. She graduated from Mid-Pacific Institute in Honolulu and attended BYU in Utah. After serving in the US Army, Barbara raised 4 children, traveled extensively all over the world, and had a long career as an Executive Assistant in the financial industry. She was an avid reader, a lover of the arts and sports, and was an artist in her own right with a fearless thirst for knowledge. Barbara is preceded in death by her sisters, her father, Folinga Faufata and mother, Pearl. She is survived by her children, grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
