COLIN PERRY Obituary

COLIN KENNEDY PERRY A devoted father, Air Force veteran, accomplished aviator, and passionate waterman, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2024, just days before his 85th birthday. Born on December 28, 1939, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Colin lived a remarkable life shaped by adventure, dedication, and a deep connection to the sea. Colin proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force, where his love for aviation took flight. Following his service, he embarked on a distinguished career as a pilot for Pan American World Airways, soaring across the globe and sharing his passion for nature and adventure. Beyond his time in the skies, Colin was happiest on the water. An avid waterman, he found peace and joy in the ocean, whether diving, fishing, paddling or sailing. His love for the sea reflected his adventurous spirit and deep appreciation for nature. Colin is lovingly remembered by his children, Kevin Perry, Carson Perry, Graham Perry, and Kathryn Egan, as well as his brothers, Glenn Perry and Tay Perry. His wisdom, humor, and unwavering love will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends. A celebration of Colin's life, with a paddle out to spread his ashes, will be held in Lanikai on Sunday February 23rd at Noon; parking will be available at Lanikai Park.
