Donna Cuizon Obituary

DONNA MARINA CUIZON Donna Marina Cuizon, 72 of Ewa Beach, passed away on Aug. 20, 2023 at Queens West Hospital. She was born on Feb. 5, 1951 on Oahu and graduated from Aiea High school in 1969. She worked as a front desk medical receptionist for Kaiser Permanente in the Stat Lab for over 30 years. A celebration of her life will be held in her honor on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023 from 9:30am-11:30am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at the Ewa Chapel, 91-1154 North Rd. Ewa Beach, HI. Casual attire. Burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park and Cemetery at 1:00pm. Donna leaves behind her five children Ronald (Ron), Sterling (Pila), Nicole (Niki), Rena (hus. Esteban), Shannon (partner Jeremy), 11 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren. Arrangements Provided By: Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary

Mom,
Thank you for being a loving and caring mother-in-law. May your soul find serenity in the afterlife. Though we say goodbye, your memory will forever live on. Your loss is deeply felt, but our shared memories always bring a smile. Rest in peace Mom, and tell Dad "Hi" for me!!
