DOROTHY KU'ULEI BADUA BENJAMIN BENEDICT BADUA, SR. Dorothy Ku'ulei Badua, 78, of Kukuihaele, Hawai'i Island, a retired Community Coordinator with Queen Liliuokalani Children's Center, died April 3, 2023. Born in Dr. Okada Hospital, Honoka'a. Benjamin Benedict Badua, Sr., 83, of Kukuihaele, Hawai'i Island, a retired Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows Engineering Department Refrigeration Specialist, died April 24, 2023. Born in Kona Hospital. They are survived by sons Benjamin Benedict Jr. of Kona, and Roger Alan of Mililani; brothers Alfred "Ido", Douglas, Jerry, Kenneth (Netto), and Charles AhWong; sisters Shirley Pacatang, Emillie Ocampo, and Diana Pereira; many nephews and nieces and grand nephews and nieces. They loved their sons unconditionally, and mostly, they loved each other. They have been embraced by The Lord's loving arms and are free of sadness, pain, and suffering; Together Forever. Visitation: 9-11am on May 25, 2023, at Kahilu Town Hall, 67-1182 Lindsey Road, Waimea/Kamuela, Hawai'i Island. Service: 11am-12noon. In lieu of wreaths or large arrangements, feel free to bring lei to adorn their urns. There will be no burial after the Services as they will be interred at a later date.
