I worked with Dulcie at HCAP 30 years ago. She was a joy to work with. She cared deeply for the children, coworkers, friends and everyone she met. She was generous to a fault...always giving and expecting nothing in return. She loved teaching and working with preschoolers. Dulcie was one of a kind.
Heartfelt sympathies for her family and loved ones.

Dulcie you were a dear sister- loving, kind and generous to so many. May your shining example live on in the lives of those you touched and others.
Thank you for your love and prayers, dear heart.
