Eleu Ornellas Obituary

ELEU KAMAKANOE ORNELLAS We remember Eleu for her sense of humor, joyous laughter, beautiful smile, and resilient spirit. Although her physical presence is gone, her spirit lives on, and will continue to shine through her boys. Eleu, 48 of 'Aiea, O'ahu, passed away on February 22, 2023. She was born May 13, 1974, in Honolulu. Eleu was a proud alumni of Punahou School (Class of 1992) and earned her BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California (1996). Eleu worked as a Concierge Manager for Aspire Lifestyles. She was a professional concierge and a member of the Los Angeles Concierge Association. Eleu is survived by her husband Jose Castellanos; her sons, Kekoa and Kana'i; mother Mamo Howard and father William "Billy" Ornellas. As Eleu would say to anyone who loved and supported her, "Thank you for being my Elephant." Services will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, Kaumakapili Church, 766 North King Street Visitation: 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Service: 6:00 p.m. Parking is available at: Kaumakapili side lot; St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church; Tamashiro Market after 5:00 p.m.; Princess Kaiulani Elementary.
