Eunice Au Obituary

EUNICE HY CHOW AU 90, of Kailua, passed away peacefully at Kuakini Hospital on August 5, 2024. Eunice was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt who found joy in helping and serving others, especially her family, and welcoming all into her home with a drink or meal. She loved her dogs, enjoyed traveling, singing and had a cheerful outlook no matter what. Eunice had an unwavering love and faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ both in life and in death. Eunice is survived by her husband, Lawrence "Larry" of 67 years, three sons Michael (Jill), Mark (Jean), Nathan, daughter Bettejean (Significant Other, Ricardo); grandchildren Alyson (Fianc?, Collin), Jennifer (David), Megan, Matthew, and Jonathan. Eunice was preceded in death by her father Mew Ting Chow and mother Ah Git Lee Chow and her seven sibling's Calvin, Lillian, Kenneth, Donald, Alfred, Carolyn and Robert. A "Celebration of Life" will be held at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary-East Chapel on Monday, September 9, 2024. Visitation at 9:30 a.m. Service at 10:30 a.m. Refreshments at 11:30 a.m. Private inurnment for family at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery. Please no flowers. Aloha attire.
