FRANCES KALEI HEATH HOLT Ua hanau 'ia 'o Frances Kalei Holt ma ka la 18 o Iune, 1929 ma Honolulu, a ua ho'i 'o ia I ka poli pumehana o Ke Akua ma ka la 23 o 'Okakopa, 2024 ma 'Aiea, pulama mau 'ia e kona 'ohana. He wahine 'olu'olu, he wahine u'i, a he wahine piha i ke aloha no kana kane, Charles H.K. Holt (ua hala), ka laua mau keiki, 'o Vicky, Charlene (ua hala), Charles, Milton, Albert, na mo'opuna, a me na mo'opuna kuakahi. Ma waho o na hana punahele o ka 'ohana, ua komo piha 'o Kalei i na 'ano kuleana hou a'e. Kalei passed away peacefully surrounded by her 'ohana on October 23, 2024. She was a gracious, kind and beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and known as Aunty Kalei and Aunty Elsie to many. She will be fondly remembered as the 1963 Aloha Week Queen, a receptionist at Bishop Museum for more than thirty years and as one of Aunty Maiki's Gracious Ladies. Preceded in death by her husband Charles H.K. Holt and daughter Charlene Williams Uchima, Kalei is survived by her children Vicky, Charles, Milton, Albert, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Please join us on November 23, 2024 at Kawaiaha'o Church for Kalei's Celebration of Life. Visitation begins at 1:00 pm, Services at 2:00 pm.
