George Yoneshige Obituary

GEORGE KATSUMI YONESHIGE 90, of Honolulu, passed away on September 1, 2023 at Straub Hospital. He was born on October 6, 1932 in Honolulu and a graduate of McKinley High School. Following his service in the Army, he was employed as a bookkeeper at a local CPA firm where he retired after more than 30 years. He was a long-time member of Makiki Christian Church. He is survived by his wife Sally, children Kevin, Deborah (Marbert) Acojido, Jo Ann (Jeffry) Okuna, Lisa (Gareth) Sakakida, Lori (Lester) Yoshimoto, Keith and Stacey; 4 grandchildren; one great grandchild; sister Toshiko Miyamoto, and many nieces & nephews. Visitation at 10am and Service at 11am on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at Makiki Christian Church. No monetary gifts.
