Hatsuko Kaneshiro Obituary

HATSUKO KANESHIRO 99, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 19, 2023. Mom was born on September 14, 1923. She is survived by her son, George M. (Laura); daughters, Beatrice H. Maeda (Steven), Jane K. Uyehara (Henry), Sandra M. Kaneshiro, Karen K. Street (Michael); 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and sister, Nancy H. Gordon (Richard). The family is grateful and thankful to the many people who journeyed with Mom throughout her life. Mom requested private services, no monetary gifts (koden), and no flowers. In lieu of a monetary gift, you may want to consider making a donation to Kapiolani Health Foundation's Pediatric Play Room or to one of your favorite charities. Private services were held.
