In loving memory of a wonderful person. Henry was kind enough to share several recipes from his out of print cookbook. If anyone knows of an available copy, I´d be very interested. I will truly miss him.

I will cherish talking story over the fence with Henry and Lily. He always had the time to share the news in their lives and those of their cats. He shared with his students, his neighbors and the readers of his cookbooks. Since I was interested in aviation, naval ships and medicine, I was grateful for this three sons who pursued those careers. He touched so many lives.
