Jason Brown Obituary

Jason Allen Brown was born November 27, 1978 in Peru, Indiana. He went to the Lord on July 31, 2025 at 6:56pm at Ascension Heart Center in Carmel, Indiana.

Jason loved to hunt, fish, and go camping. He also loved his family and friends.

Jason leaves behind his wife, Brandi Brown; son, Corben Peart; mother, Josephine "Joey"; sister, Tonya (John) Bailey of Ohio; brothers: James (Jenny) Brown of Peru, Jeremy Brown of Peru, and Brian Brown of Peru; mother-in-law, Patty Alley; brother-in-law, Derek Shroyer and family; sister-in-law, Danielle Conley and family; grandparents, Ruth (Larry) Walker; uncle, Joe Opp; and aunts, Karen Becraft and Linda Maze.

Jason is preceded in death by his grandparents and dad, David Kelch.

Jason had many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. He was employed at Orion Safety and considered all of his coworkers as friends and family.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. A funeral service will follow at 2:00pm with Ruth Walker officiating. Burial will take place at Reyburn Cemetery in Peru.

Pallbearers will be James Brown, Jeremy Brown, Brian Brown, Corben Peart, Tim Abbott, Jason Key, Issac Beemer.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with expenses.
