She was my 5th grade teacher in 1968. When Palisades was a growing community.
When my mom went to my parent teacher conference. My mom and Mrs Yaguchi were so SURPRISED... My mom knew her since 9th grade at Kapaa High School. They haven't seen each other till that parent teachers conference. My mom was so happy to see someone from the Hana Butta Days...
My mom saw the obituary in the sunday paper and saw Jeanna Yaguchi name.
Memories are just flowing for my mom. I'm sitting here listening of all the wonderful memories.
My mom's maiden name is Dominica Gitalia. She is 88 yrs old...
I can visually see Mrs Yaguchi... as my 5th grade teacher.
