JOHN F. HANDLEY John F. Handley, born January 15, 1946, in Los Angeles, California, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2025. His remarkable life was marked by diverse achievements and a deep commitment to serving others. John's journey began early, as a child actor at the tender age of four, becoming a member of the original cast of the Mickey Mouse Club. His talents and drive propelled him through many chapters of an extraordinary life. He answered the call to service serving three tours in Vietnam as a Navy S.E.A.L. His courage and resilience were evident in his capture and subsequent escape, earning him the Bronze Star, two Purple Hearts, and the Silver Star. Upon returning to civilian life, John served his community, as a Los Angeles Police Officer, and as a paramedic. He owned and operated Harmony House, an organ and piano store in Hawaii, sharing his love of music with others. Later, he served as a division manager for the NFIB. John's passion for music remained a constant throughout his life. He was a headline entertainer in Waikiki, captivating audiences with his performances in Hawaii, California, Mexico, and Canada. John was a man of many talents and an even greater heart. He touched countless lives through his diverse endeavors, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, Christine; his son, Wayne Handley. Memorial service will be held on April 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church Roseville, 109 Washington Blvd, Roseville, CA 95678.
