Kenneth McArdle Obituary

KENNETH KEN FORSTNER MCARDLE Kenneth Forstner McArdle, born 11/25/1952 in Philadelphia to Dr. H. Roy and Helen McArdle and passed away in Kailua on 07/24/2024. He was a 1973 graduate of Kailua High where he participated in lighting for the theatre program. He attended the University of Oregon and was certified in basic electrical theory. Ken had a passion for adventure and traveled to Antarctica where he took a polar plunge! He loved film, music and nostalgia. Ken was friendly, kind and never complained. With his limitations, he never ceased seeking new experiences. Survived by his siblings Patrice, Lynne (Gordon), Elizabeth, Kevin (Jessica), Michele McArdle, and 38 nieces & nephews. He is deeply missed by his family and friends. He was a true example of endurance-the bravest man we knew. Remembrances for Ken can be made to the Kailua Library @ 239 Kuulei Rd., 96734.
