LEONARD HO Obituary

LEONARD WAI KONG HO 76, of Honolulu, passed away on 1 Nov 2023 at Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a lifelong Marine and Veteran of the Vietnam War. Leonard worked for the US government in several different capacities. He also enjoyed his time with many civic organizations including the Masonic Lodge, York Rite, Scottish Rite, Shriners, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Disabled American Veterans, the Marine Corps League, the First Marine Division First Batallion Combat Veterans, American Legion Post 1 Kau Tom Post, Vietnam Veteran's Association, the Ket On Society, Tsung Tsin Association, Honolulu Chinatown Lions Club, and the See Dai Doo Society. He also spent time volunteering for the Veteran's Administration, USO, and the Shriner's Children's Hospital in Honolulu. He is survived by his wife, Grace; four children, Brandon (Alette), Barney (Jastine), Belissa (Adam), Bixby; five grandchildren; and two sisters. A celebration of life will be held on 16 Nov 2023 at Borthwick Mortuary Makai Chapel. Visitation at 0900-1100. Aloha attire suggested.
