I’m so thankful mom & I had days on end to do nothing much but wake up to quiet mornings & decide what cute t-shirt & hat to wear & go wait for The Bus to take us to Ala Moana or Don Quixote or Kahala Mall. No rush no schedule just take our time having lunch at Shirokiya, going thru the sales at Macy’s & a walk thru Long’s & Foodland & then The Bus home.
I’m so thankful I had the last five days with you to hold your hand & talk to you until you slipped away quietly & peacefully surrounded by love.
I’m thankful that I will always feel you with me & know you always love me

My Mom was a beautiful soul with a big heart. She was a strong woman, and I admired her dearly. She worked hard and I admired her dearly. She loved to cook and it made her happy to watch everyone come together and enjoy her cooking. Thank you for sharing your recipes with me.
I miss talking to you everyday, but I know that you are watching over me like you said you would. I know you are in heaven now, and I will see you when I get there too. I love you Mom and sending you big hugs everyday.
