"How I wish, I could have been your mother. Your life would be so different." - Lehua M. Wells
To be able to write to each other for the last 7 years - a lady who genuinely cared about life on Earth. The song birds she studied to help protect from flying into tall buildings, to serving in the US Coast Guard to better be able to save sea birds from oil spills, and the Hawaiian endangered species. She was as knowledgeable as an Ornithologist.
"I'll be right here" was her favourite motherly good night.
