MARTI BURCHELL Obituary

MARTI BURCHELL Marti Burchell, a true force of nature, passed away suddenly on Feb. 1 in Oakland, CA. Marti spent her younger years in HNL with Xerox and then Director of Armed Services YMCA. She was a longtime member of the Exchange Club and Waikiki Rotary. Marti relocated to Oakland & found her final career as Executive Director of the USS Potomac. After retiring, she continued working with various non-profits, sharing her love of life & goodwill. Rest in peace, Marti." You done good!" A celebration of life will be held onboard her beloved Potomac at 4:00 p.m. on April 6, 2025 (Marti's 80th Birthday!). Donations may be made to the USS Potomac, 540 Water St., Oakland 94607.
