Mary Ching Obituary

MARY JANE YUK MEE CHING Mary Jane Yuk Mee Ching passed away on December 5, 2023, at home in Kahuku. She was a co-owner of Lotus Inn Chop Suey for 35 years and CD's snack bar in the Hau'ula Shopping Center. She also worked at Crouching Lion Restaurant and Polynesian Cultural Center as a book keeper. She is survived by children; Clayton "Sonya" Domingues, Raelene Domingues, Darlene (Clayton "Boy") Kauhi, Loretta "Honey Girl" Laeha, Sandra "Sandy" (John) Wong. Predeceased by Henry "Bobo" and Donna Domingues. Siblings; Walter "Wah Chu" (Dorothy) Ching, Robert "Tiny" (Janice) Ching, Loretta Nekota, Gordon "Bully" (Mariko) Ching; Frances Ching sister in law. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 55-1109 Lanihuli St., La'ie, Hawaii.
