MARY ANCHETA PASCUAL Mary Ancheta Pascual, of Waialua, Oahu, passed away on June 14, 2023 in Waipahu. She was born on May 8, 1929 in Laoag, Philippines to Apolonio and Valentina Ancheta. Pre-deceased by her husband, Dionicio Sabug Pascual, Sr., she is survived by sons: Dionicio (Debra) Pascual, Jr. and John (Charlene) Pascual; daughters: Melita Joyce Elvena and Josephine "JoJo" (Steven - deceased) Teraoka; 9 grand- children, 19 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Her only surviving sibling, Frances Manuel, lives in Wilmington, California. Mom was a member of St. Michael's Church from the time she arrived from the Philippines in 1949. She was also a member of the Laoagenios Organization, Ilocano Baranguay, Family Club, and St. Michael's Filipino Catholic Club and Sacred Heart Society. Besides being a dedicated wife and mother, she was a loyal and hardworking employee at Waialua Hospital, St. Michael's School Cafeteria, Waialua Sugar Co. and Haleiwa IGA Supermarket. She has left a lasting imprint of love, faithfulness, service and strength on all who knew her. Funeral service will be held on Monday, October 2, 2023 at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Visitation begins at 9:30am; service at 11:00am. Burial to follow at 12:30pm at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements Provided By: Mililani Memorial Park Mortuary
