Mary Weber Obituary

Mary Wilson Weber

Weber, Mary Wilson, 90, of Chester, VA, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2025. Mary is survived by her children, Jan Dreelin, John (Lilly), and Andy (Nikki); ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Weber; daughter, Mary Bottoms; and sisters, Elsie Antonio and Catherine Owens.

Mary was born and raised in Philadelphia, where she met Fred in Sunday school. She loved family vacations, birthdays, Christmas celebrations, and was very generous. She was an avid Atlantic City visitor, a Master Quilter/Knitter/Seamstress, an award-winning Jigsaw Puzzler, a Girl Scout/Cub Scout leader, a fabulous cook, a huge supporter of Friends of the Library, a consummate bridge/card player, and past President of Chester Womens Club. Her marriage to Fred spanned six decades. She will be dearly missed.

A memorial service and reception will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in Chester, VA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charitable organization of your choice.
