I was a student of Dr Connor at CSULB in the 1970´s. He was a wonderful professor, and a genuine and warm human being. My thoughts and prayers to his family. He was someone very special.

Just found out. I was a neighbor when he lived in Alameda and used to see him on morning walks when I was walking my dogs.
He was one of the nicest people I have ever known.

Michael was my dear friend and colleague for more than 40 years. We shared
many of the same ideals about family, community and country. We also enjoyed practical applications of child rearing practices as we watched our own children grow. Dr. Connor was very much like the brother I never had.
My family and I will miss him terribly.

Michael (Mickey) was a star member of the class of 1960 in Paulding, Ohio. He was captain of the football team, active in baseball, basketball and track and voted most athletic senior. He was outstanding in science and math. What an honor to have grown up with him. Our condolences to the family. He was a great man! PHS CLASS of 1960.
