Mike was my cousin and I only met him once when I was a child. Mike kept in touch with me through emails and it was interesting to talk with him. I will miss our conversations and I didn't realize he had passed until now. My sincere condolences to the family that is still around. I know his great niece Marasol was his pride and joy.

I knew Mike from high school onward. He was a great guy and a great friend.
We were together for numerous adventures, large and small, but all quite memorable. Mike had a wonderful dry sense of humor. He definitely followed his own path which must have taken a bit of courage. He had his own way of seeing the world and lived the unconventional life he wanted.
I am so thankful we stayed I touch. He always brought a smile to my face.
Mike had such a strong life force, it is very hard to believe he is gone. I will miss him.

Kathy and I remember having lunch with Mike while in Hawaii. A lady,a few tables away from us,asked the server if Mike was Richard Chamberlin. The server approached Mike and asked him. Mike was happy with the news and went over to the lady's table and talked to her for awhile. Mike came back and was on cloud nine.

Mike was a very decent person, seeking nothing but good for society. We met working on reform efforts for healthcare. Too late to learn so much about him. I would have enjoyed playing a few games of chess with him.
My thanks to his close friends who have written his story. We now have something to provide a lasting memory of him.
