MICHAEL J. MORROW With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Michael J. Morrow, 86, of Ewa Beach, Hawai'i. Michael passed away peacefully on Monday, July 15, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Michael was a military veteran, retired meteorologist, ham radio operator and amateur astronomer who had a deep passion for studying the skies. He was a longtime island resident on Oahu and Hawai'i island, where he spent many years admiring the beauty and wonder of the natural world. Visitation will be held at 11:00 AM, with Services to follow at 11:30 AM on Friday, August 23, 2024, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Ewa Beach, Hawai'i. Following the services, a 3 PM burial will occur at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park in Kaneohe, Hi. Michael will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him, especially his loving daughter Malia, her husband Sean, grandson Kona, sister Meredith, nieces and nephews, and all his Hanai family.
