It was a great honor to work alongside such a loving and caring soul. She was definitely a seasoned veteran in our Juvenile Intake and Probation Section that i looked up to in my early years as a juvenile probation officer. Never shy away from speaking her mind and asking the tough questions. She was extremely intelligent and speaks very well. Great advocate for youth involved with the court system. Manuia lau malaga Nora!

I first met Nora in the early 70s in American Samoa. We soon became close friends- lifelong, and we both watched as our families grew, spending days and making memories in both Hawaii and Samoa. I´m thankful that I had the chance to know her and her family back in those days of innocence when Ohana was everything and the world was a happier place when everyone was together. I will miss her, and my family´s love and prayers go out to Nora, her children and grandchildren

Grandma, you were a light in life, and a light even after your passing. The stories of who you were and what you did for the family will be passed on to our children and they´ll remember how much of a fighter you were and how much you loved them.
