PABLO WEGESEND Obituary

PABLO CRUZ WEGESEND 44, passed away in Honolulu on April 27, 2025 of pancreatic cancer. He was born in Honolulu, HI. He is survived by his parents Ramiro and Sharleen Cruz-Perez; brothers: Frank and Ramiro Wegesend; nieces: Kayla, Clarisa and Ashley Wegesend. He graduated from McKinley High School, received his BA in Sociology and Master of Library and Information Science degrees from the University of Hawaii. He worked as a substitute teacher for public and private schools, libraries and retail. His passion was writing articles, reading, volunteering at Friends of the Library Hawaii, bicycling, YMCA and creating online contents.
