PATRICIA PEARL PUALANI MONIZ 10/02/1938-09/29/2025 With love in our hearts, we share that our Patricia Pearl Pualani Moniz went to heaven at the age of 86 on September 29, 2025. She is survived by her daughters Lynn Polischeck, Patricia Michelle Moniz, Yvette Lake (Eddie) and Jennifer Pestano (Lee). She leaves behind eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Mickey and sons William Plazarin Jr. and Mickey Jr. Patricia was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunty, and friend whose genuine love and kindness touched everyone she encountered. She had a deep affection for her loved ones. She was selfless, caring, warm and generous, the essence of her being. As we mourn her loss, we also celebrate the joy she brought into our lives. Please join us in celebrating her life at Valley of the Temples Memorial, Thursday, October 23rd at 4:30 p.m. for the viewing and followed by a celebration at 5:30 p.m. In honor of our mother, please wear purple or white.
