"Pat", also affectionately known as "Sam" and "Gramz", was born in Honolulu, on March 17, 1944. She is a graduate of Kaimuki High School and attended the University of Hawaii-Manoa. Pat and her husband Myron married in June 1965 and were blessed with two children.
