Peggy and I taught together at Fairview Elementary. She loved teaching! I always loved visiting her classroom, to find so many creative centers that she had made for her kinders. I cherished our friendship. I lost touch of her when she moved, but will always remember her kind ways and smile. Prayers to you all!

Peggy and I became friends in 2000 when Andy and Jennifer were married. Throughout the years we shared many visits together. I always enjoyed our talks and know how proud she was of her children and how much she loved her grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook, loved to read, enjoyed crafts, and loved her Scotties! Peggy was a sweet and caring person and I will miss her.

Peggy was a dedicated teacher. I visited her classroom several times and she always was involved with her students. I appreciated her energy and desire to improve her students' ability to read. My heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones. May your memories be a source of comfort.

I am so sorry to hear of Peggy´s passing. I met Peggy in the early 90´s when she and I were working part time jobs at Victoria´s Secret at the Asheville Mall. She was teaching at Fairview Elementary School which was across the road from my full-time job. I would sometimes go over to the school and have lunch with her. Then we lost touch. My sincerest condolences to her children and grandchildren. She was a sweet, wonderful person.
