PHYLLIS LEIMOMI MARTIN STEPHENSON, NANA Phyllis Leimomi Stephenson, aged 88, passed away on July 24, 2024 in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Born on January 24, 1936 in Honolulu. Phyllis Leimomi worked at The Girl Scout Council of the Pacific, Executive Director of the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life organizer and cancer health educator, Pohai Nani and Aloha Health Care Center. Phyllis Leimomi was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William K. Stephenson Jr. She is survived by her 5 children, William "Duke" Stephenson, Harold Stephenson, Hilary Ka'anohi Aipa, Kimberly Kalama, and Keith Scott Stephenson; 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grand- children, 1 great-great-grandchild; her sister, Yvonne Lei Aloha Penton; her brother Randall L. K. Martin; and her special friend, Homer Gibbs. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at Hawaiian Memorial Park Chapel, 45-425 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe, HI, 96744. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am, followed by a Chapel service at 10:00 am, and a burial service at 1:00 pm. Aloha attire.

I worked with Momi at the American Cancer Society , Windward Unit in the 70´s and 80´s. She had a very good heart. I planned to attend, but I have Covid so will pray from home. Aloha, Momi!
