I would like to express my condolences to Momi´s family. She cherished her family and once confided to me that she had planned to be a nun. Her family was very important to her, and she spoke often about them, especially her grandchildren. We worked together at the American Cancer Society, Windward unit, she as the staff director and me as a volunteer and later as the unit´s President. She was invaluable, giving me guidance on my performance and obtaining speaking assignments at many Windward schools bringing the message of the Cancer society, our services, and prevention measures that young people need to know. Together we made a great team. I will miss her greatly! Jerald Takesono, DDS.

I worked with Momi at the American Cancer Society , Windward Unit in the 70´s and 80´s. She had a very good heart. I planned to attend, but I have Covid so will pray from home. Aloha, Momi!
