ROBERT FLORIAN OSTROWSKI Robert Florian Ostrowski "Bert, Bob," age 90, of Kailua, passed away on December 28, 2025. Robert was born in Hatley, Wisconsin to Peter and Matilda Ostrowski. He was 1 of 9 children and has one surviving sister, Joyce Gagas. He worked on his family farm before joining the United States Marines in 1953 and later became a sheet metal welder. Robert was married to the love of his life, Elizabeth Joanne "Leilani" Ostrowski (deceased). Together they have four children: Robbie-Jean, Robert "Miki", Dominic "Hiki", and Damian "Kui" (deceased) Ostrowski. He also leaves behind 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grand- children and 2 great-great-grand- children. He enjoyed fishing, talking story, and loved watching his great grandchildren grow up. Services to be held Saturday, February 21, 2026 at St. Anthony of Padua Church in Kailua. Visitation is from 9:30-10:30a.m, followed by mass at 11a.m. Burial will be at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery in Kaneohe, Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 10 a.m. Arrangements Provided By: Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary LLC
