Enjoyed working with Roy when I was assigned to the Hawaii Dept. of Health. He was an outstanding program manager and a wonderful friend. Our deepest condolences to Karen.

Roy will be missed a lot.
He was a good friend, a great Ballroom Dancer, a truly knowledgeable travel companion and a wonderful Wednesday Night Dinner Gang member.
The memories we have are full of fun and laughter.
One memory in particular was his James Bond role on the Fall Foliage Cruise a few of us did.
We are very thankful to have had Roy in our lives for almost 30 years.
With love, friendship and much Aloha,
Stanley and Annie N.
P.S. Thank you Roy for the crackers.
