Stanley Souza Obituary

STANLEY SOUZA Stanley Souza, 91, was called to eternal life on September 5, 2024. Stanley retired as a dedicated manager at Liberty House and Macy's. He also shared culinary talents as a cook at the Hale Koa Hotel. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 64 years, Jeanette Marie Souza. Together, they nurtured a loving family of five children: daughters Donna Souza, Cecilia Nahin (Steve), Deborah Ashley (Bradfrey), and Paulette Laanui (Arnold); and son Stanley Souza Jr. (Patty). Stanley was a grandfather to nine grandchildren who brought him immense pride and joy. He is survived by his sister Beverly Ruth Mattos and brother Gary Souza. He is predeceased by brothers, Kenneth and Emory Souza. His Mass will be held at Mary Star of the Sea in Honolulu on October 12, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m.) Private burial. Stanley will be remembered for his hard work, and gentle-natured warmth. His legacy of love and faith will continue to inspire future generations.
