Tisha Lehfeldt Obituary

TISHA FALCON LEHFELDT After an amazing and impactful 57 years of life, Tisha went home to heaven on December 11, 2024. Her life and ministry impacted countless people, from keiki to kupuna. Starting in her early 20's, Tisha led various ministries at Hope Chapel Kaneohe (now Anchor Church) and later at Mountain View Community Church. In 2014, God opened the door for her to be an on-air radio personality at 95.5 The Fish Hawaii. In 2023, she was diagnosed with cancer and walked out her journey on her radio show, A Joy Ride with Tisha, and on social media where she inspired people to "Live a Life of Exclamations!!" Her Celebration of Life will be held at the Blaisdell Arena on February 15, 2025, at 4 PM. Doors will open at 3 PM. The service will be live-streamed on YouTube (@LiveaLifeofExclamations) & Jason Lehfeldt's FaceBook.

My deepest condolences to Tish´s family. I loved Tish even though I barely knew her from Kaneohe Hope Chapel. She just had such a beautiful soul and had God´s joy upon her. She was just so real about her feelings. I remember the time she shared about having been in a funk and was just hiding from the people she loved because she needed time to herself. She was someone I regret not having known more.
Even though it´s been over 20 years since I´ve seen her, (she was on the worship team when I knew her) she left a lasting footprint upon my soul.

I know Tisha through Hope Chapel Kaneohe many years ago. She was my 3 teenagers youth pastor. Boy, did my daughter, Naomi, love being with her!! Tisha mentored and encouraged her in her faith with the Lord. With Tisha's huge and beautiful smile she lite up the room wherever she went. Her warmth and compassion for others made everyone feel so loved and accepted. She lived big, loved Jesus big and impacted others big in her short life. May Jesus give her peace now. We will see you again, dear sister, when we all meet again in heaven. A hui hou!

Tisha inspired me To write a song for one of our Women´s Retreat, when she was the Women´s leader at Hope Chapel Kaneohe, a while back. I saw a video sometime last year of her playing the guitar and worshipping the Lord. That inspired me, at age 68, to learn to play the guitar. I got a guitar for Christmas. She was one of a kind and I was blessed to have known her. I´m so happy that I got to see her and meet Harley, back in Sept, when I went home for a visit.

What an AMAZING life of joyful impact that Tisha had on all who came in contact with her. While I never personally met Tisha, every time I had the privilege of meeting up with Jason, his eyes would `light up´ and would talk with enthusiasm about his love for Tisha and the blessing that she was to him as a husband and to countless others. Following her journey on Facebook and Instagram over the past 18mths was a privilege and I was truly blessed and inspired by her as she walked this difficult journey. Praying for Jason and Tisha´s family as they navigate the pain of separation, but also join them in celebrating a life well run and her homecoming welcome into eternal life with our Saviour and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Much love,
Peter Abrahams

Tisha was a beautiful soul and so close to God that she will continue to touch those she knew on earth. I met her through Elina Wells. I was amazed at how she always made you feel like you were the center of attention even if she spoke to you for a few minutes. I will never forget her. Comfort prayers for Jason, her family and all those she loved. Rest easy now Tisha. Well done good and faithful servant. Aloha.

I met Tisha through Hope Chapel Kaneohe way back in the day. She was my now grown daughter Shannon's youth group leader. She was such a sweet person with such a zeal for the Lord. I am certain that she heard a "Well done" when she came face to face with the Father.

To Jason and family we pray for your comfort and peace at such a time as this. We met Tisha and you, Jason, in Cannon Beach OR. many years ago. We were walking a trail that over looked the beach when Tisha and you walked up and began talking. Our paths were met to cross and in that one meeting we became immediate friends. Tisha´s smile and warmth could make anyone who met her feel loved. She´s a light and was a gift to so so many and will be terribly missed. One day we will all see her again and dance on those beautiful streets in heaven. Love and prayers as you move forward Jason and family but yet know she will be waiting for that day when you all join her in that forever.

Tisha was one of the brightest shining people I had ever met! I was fortunate to meet her a few times and once at radio station...I may have had some influence on encouraging her to get out and hike more places in Oahu, which she eventually made time for, and exceeded my nerve on some scary hikes! She will be sorely missed, but there is some peace knowing she is home with Jesus and we will all be reunited one day...much love, prayers, and Aloha in Christ to all her family and friends!

I moved to Hawaii in 1997, was saved a couple weeks later at Hope Chapel, and Tisha, under Ralph, was my first pastor. She saw me, a quiet introvert new to Hawaii and to the faith. She invited me and included me and made me feel important and special and taught me what it was to walk with Jesus and have a personal relationship with Him. She baptized me on Kailua beach. I would not be the woman I am today if she had not noticed me and loved on me like she did to so many other people. She will be greatly missed!!

I remember the courtship days of Tisha and Jason. Then seeing these two blossoms from friendship to a married couple.
I only had a very small part in helping Jason. He had to do the rest.
Will miss the dynamic duo. Prayers for God's comforting arms to surround us all as we miss the very smiling standard of Tisha throughout her entire journey. Heaven with Whoop Whoop happening!

I will never forget this day and the continued friendship developed through social media. My hearts to not hear her voice but I know she is in the glory of Gods Love and open arms. Although we never met and precious Tisha never knew who I was, I loved her and how God used her in my life over the years through social media. As an RN, I understood her journey to the extent that she shared. I prayed for Tisha...fervently. I am confident that all of our prayers were answered by a good, merciful and loving Father. Many lives were changed and impacted by Tisha´s courageous testimony, love for God´s creation and devotion to family, friends and ministry. Tisha is whole and home in her Savior´s arms. I´m grateful that one day I will hug her and thank her for "giving to the Lord, it was my life that was changed". May God send sweet comfort to all that love her and await that day as well. From New York, sending love and prayers

I met Tisha and Jason in 2017 on our first deployment with Samaritan´s Purse Disaster Relief after Hurricane Harvey hit the Houston, Texas area. It was so evident that God would be doing great things through this very special couple. I treasure that time as it was the only time that we met on this side of heaven. I live in South Carolina, but I never forgot the impact of their presence. We have stayed in touch through social media, an occasional text, and many prayers. What a bright and shining star she was and it was all Him. I will see her again one glorious day...and Jason also! Be she lives in our hearts to inspire us to live a life of exclamations...all for His glory!
