Victor Young Obituary

VICTOR K.B. YOUNG 90, passed September 20, 2025. Born in Honolulu on July 17, 1935 to Charles and Margaret Young. Married Betty Higashi. Attended Iolani and graduated from Berkeley HS. Served in the Marine Corps, taught judo and Tai Chi, was a SAG member and acted in the movie The Hawaiians and several episodes of Hawaii Five-0. Survived by daughters Margaret (Michael) Dungate, Karen (Gerald) Briones, Vicki (Andrew) Tsukano and Deborah Young. Grandchildren Terrance Wong, Maile Bennett, Troy Bennett, Adrene (Briones) Bogust, Kellan Briones, Vanessa Tsukano, Kristal (Tsukano) Ching, Mark Takeuchi and Evan Takeuchi. Eleven Great-grandchildren, Two Great-great-grandchildren. Service will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Mary, Star of the Sea Church Visitation 9:30 am Service 10:00 am.
