He was in my birthing class at Kapiolani back in the late 70s. He was one of those guys who was joyful every time I ran in to him.

We know Wally as Uncle Wally as that is what he insisted on when visiting our home in Virginia Beach. I met Wally during a Vending Convention and we began a friendship that I will cherish for life. To see children come up to him while walking through malls, the happiness that he brought to all those he met. His desire to see education be so important in life, Read, read and read! He visited my Mom on Long Island surprised the heck out of her. So much I learned of him over the years, stories from his friends, He truly was one of the best people I will ever have the pleasure of not only meeting him but being a friend, with a heart larger than one could ever imagine! Thank You Uncle Wally

Wally was warm, kind and generous. We´d always knew when he was in our office from his loud, happy laugh. Rest in peace, dear Famous. You left good memories with so many.
