WAYNE KIYOSHI HAYAMI Wayne Kiyoshi Hayami formerly of Honolulu, who lived in Mililani, passed away peacefully with his wife Terri Hayami by his side on March 11th, 2023. Wayne was the son of the late Robert & Lucille Hayami and will forever be remembered in the hearts and lives of his wife Terri Hayami. His children and (grandchildren): Jodie & Orlando Hasche (Josiah & Logan); Alison & Dan Allen (Emma, Julia, & Peter); Chris Sablan (Abigail (Nalia)); Shawn & Rachell Sablan (Jacob & Kaitlyn); Jennifer & Mark Bishop; his sister Lorraine & Roy Yoshimoto. He successfully owned and operated Hawaii's Chuck E Cheese Franchise, growing its success from one location to three very successful establishments. Wayne was a devoted husband to his wife Terri and the two were known to be inseparable. Both Wayne and Terri defined what true love and devotion looked like. Supplying the blueprint and the example on how to create a strong, gratifying marriage for anyone wise enough to witness and follow. Wayne always had a smile on his face, the source of which many times stemmed from the many acts of love Wayne did on daily basis to put a smile on Terri's face. The two love birds laughed often, giggled plenty, and enjoyed each other's company always. Wayne has given Terri a lifetime of great memories and a smile that will last forever. Wayne was so many things to so many people. The volunteer father figure, the cool Uncle, the great boss, the late night phone call, the early morning answer, a loyal friend, a role model, a consultant, a seasoned vet, a good neighbor. He was an acquaintance to none, a friend to all. But at the very core of it all, Wayne was simply a great guy. A great guy giving all that knew him, great memories to last a lifetime. The Hayami family visitation will be held on June 14th @ 10am-11am at Millilani Memorial Makai Chapel. The Memorial Service will follow at 11am.
