Ted Pattison Obituary

Ted Sawyer Pattison passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026, in Lake Arrowhead, California with his wife and children by his side.
Ted was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri.
His family relocated to Orange County, California in his teens where he met his wife JoAnn who lived next door. They were together for over 60 years.
Ted graduated from Orange Coast College where he was at the top of his class for carpentry.
In the '60s he relocated his family to San Bernardino to begin his building career in Lake Arrowhead.
Ted was a very successful well-known builder for over 50 years. He had a passion for building homes which is reflected in all the beautiful homes seen around the community.
His three sons worked alongside him, and they are all general contractors in Lake Arrowhead to this day.
Ted is survived by his wife JoAnn, sons Brian, Todd and Brad and daughter, Stacy, their spouses, nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Ted will be remembered for being a wonderful, loving husband, father, and general contractor.
