Benjamin Hung Obituary

BENJAMIN CHAU PING HUNG 83, of Honolulu, went home to join his Heavenly Father on August 28, 2025. He is survived by sons, Ivan (Janella) and Barron (Waiman), sisters, Pansy Chun and Annie Ferguson; and five grandchildren. He retired as a structural engineer from the DoD and was a faithful follower of Jesus. He is fondly remembered for his passion for ballroom dancing, UH football, and karaoke singing (AKA the Hong Kong Elvis). For service info please email: [email protected].

I never had the chance to meet him in person. But my friend Ivan his son told me many wonderful things of this GREAT MAN, I grew to love and admire him. In short I'm a huge fan. May these beautiful and precious memories help you throughout your lives. My prayers, deep sympathy and condolences are with you all.
