Dearest Bert-I will always remember all the loving, generous, thoughtful things that you always did for me, family and friends. You have always put your strong faith, family and friends before yourself, they were very important to you.
We all have been very blessed to have had you in our lives and will always hold you close to our heart.
I love you and miss you dearly.
Be in peace and have a beautiful journey to your wonderful after life.

GOD SPEED BERT. YOU WERE MY FIERCEST COMPETITOR WHEN WE RACED MINI'S BACK IN THE DAY. I TRUSTED AND RESPECTED YOU AS A PERSON AS WELL AS A RACER. MANY, MANY, MANY WHEEL-TO-WHEEL CLOSE RACING AND I DON'T REMEMBER US EVEN TOUCHING. I HAVE FOND MEMORIES OF THOSE DAYS.
