DONALD TONG LOY CHING Dr. Donald Tong Loy Ching passed away October 16, 2023 at age 95. Preceded in death by wife Violet S.N. (Fong). Survived by sons Dayton-Li K.W. and Dr. Duane K.W., daughters Dr. Donna-Lynn L.S. (Will Soong) and Donni L.Y., grandsons Christopher H.F. Tom (Kerrie), Nicholas H.W. Tom, Dr. Kyrell D. Wright and granddaughter D'Dre' D. Wright. Donald graduated from Kaimuki High School and Lincoln Chiropractic College with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He served in the U.S. Army Signal Corp. He was on the Territorial and Hawaii State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He was also a member of the Hawaii State Chiropractic Association, Kaimuki Business and Professional Association, Kaimuki Lion's Club, Rotary Club of East Honolulu and Hawaii Chinese Jaycees. Taoist services at Borthwick Mortuary November 09, 2023. Visitation starts at 11:00 am. Casual attire. No flowers. Burial at Nuuanu Memorial Park at 2:30 pm.
