To the Kam-Young Ohana,
I was one of Doug´s Clients for the last 40 years.i bought my first car and had it insured and never looked to switch. I recently opened my statement and found another name next to My State Farm Agent, and had a sinking feeling. As the post mentioned, Doug was always wonderful and available to assist in my insurance needs. He has great people working with him so, it had been awhile since I spoke to Doug personally.
My condolences to you and family. Doug will be surely missed.

Dear Phyllis, I just recently heard about the loss of your beloved husband Douglas, from my sister-in-law Colleen Elfalan. I was saddened by this news as my heart goes out to you, dear friend, and your family during these difficult times. Even though I had not known him well, I am sure he will be remembered as a remarkable man who leaves a legacy of love and cherish memories behind. I hope that you find an abundant amount of support and comfort from those around you, Please know that you are in my thoughts and if you are in need of anything that I may help with, do not hesitate to contact your old college buddy.
With Heartfelt Sympathy,
Kay (Elfalan) Armstrong
