Hiram Oda Obituary

HIRAM HIDEO ODA At the age of 90, Hiram Oda, known by everyone around him as Pa or Uncle Hi, was called home to the Lord passing away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loved ones. Hiram proudly served and retired from the United States Air Force and he carried that same sense of dedication into every part of his life. He enjoyed golfing and especially looked forward to family trips to Las Vegas. Hiram was devoted to his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Frances Oda, whom he shared 68 years of marriage. Together they built a life filled with laughter, love, and family. He was a devoted husband, father, father-in-law grandfather, great grandfather, and Uncle to his nieces and nephews. He is survived by his wife Frances, daughter Lynn Oda -Au Yuen, son in law Brian Au Yuen, grandchildren Nikelynn, Peyton, Brilynn, great grandson Kaden, and the family dogs Pinkie, Ban Chan and Miso. Hiram will be remembered for his kind heart, witty humor, and ever present smile that lit up every room. Respected and loved by all who knew him, his legacy of his love, joy and devotion will live on in our hearts forever. A Hui Hou... until we meet again. Rest in God's everlasting love.
