HUGH HUBERT KENGO MURAKAWA 89, of Waianae, a retired principal of Waianae Intermediate School, passed away on April 3, 2023 in Aiea. He was born on the island of Hawaii. He is survived by son, Matt (Fay); daughter, Mindy (Greg) Murakawa-Born; brother, Galen (Phyllis); sister, Jean (Richard) Nishimoto; and three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Visitation at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 2023, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Service at 6:00 p.m. Mask required. Arrangements Provided By: Hosoi Garden Mortuary
