Wendell Murakawa Obituary

WENDELL TADASHI MURAKAWA 77, of Honolulu, passed away on January 31, 2024 in Honolulu. Born on August 27, 1946 in Honolulu, he was a graduate of Hawaii Baptist Academy, Sacramento State, and University of Hawaii at Manoa. Wendell was a retired Intake Service Centers Division Administrator in the Department of Public Safety, part time actor, a board member of several organizations and a behind the scenes politician. He is survived by his sisters Judy (Herbert) Inouye and Doreen Rapp, 5 nephews and nieces, and 10 grand nephews and nieces. Visitation 10 am on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Nu'uanu Memorial Park & Mortuary; Services at 11 am; Burial at a later date. No flowers. Aloha Attire.
