William Roberts Obituary

WILLIAM D. ROBERTS 75, died in Prescott, Arizona on April 10, 2023. He was born in Honolulu, grew up in Kaimuki, was a member of the Porky Pig Club, and graduated from Hawaii Baptist Academy. During the Vietnam War he served with the Army Security Agency in Vietnam and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal with oak leaf clusters for his innovations in the practice of cryptanalysis; after his service, he worked as a computer system designer and programmer in Los Angeles, Colorado Springs, and Prescott. He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife, Gloria Jeanne, and is survived by brothers Jonathan and Peter Roberts. A private service will be held at a later date.
